Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the CEO to manage global operations
  • Forecast, track, and report team resources including project allocation and time utilization
  • Manage staffing and onboarding of new employees for sign up of benefit programs
  • Oversee payroll and staff reimbursements
  • Support cashflow analysis
  • Manage vendor payments and relationships. Monitor vendor relationships
  • Manage Bank transfers
  • Oversee Reconciliation of AP/AR
  • Support staff with processing internal issues such as expense forms, database management, data entry, report creation
  • Monitor and champion the work environment for all employees to ensure that it is positive and supportive, and that employees have the necessary tools for efficient job performance
  • Ad hoc operations projects
  • Coordinate Human Resources Outreach, candidate interview scheduling, and tracking candidates through the process
  • Identifies and implements continuous improvements to maximize efficiencies and profits
  • Enters, maintains and tracks sales prospects and activity in company systems
  • Manage participant recruitment and direct recruitment staff (2 staff members) to efficiently perform recruitment
  • Track, analyze, and build UserWise’s participant recruitment business and capabilities
  • Analyses of projects to drive continuous improvement
