Our Facilities

Fully Equipped Simulation Facility


UserWise’s versatile Simulation Facility in San Jose, CA comes complete with a secure Simulation Lab, Conference Rooms for private viewing and training, dedicated Restrooms, and Client Workspaces. Our spacious Simulation Lab is easily configurable to a variety of use environments (e.g. operating room, exam room, sterile processing center, physical therapy office, home environments, etc.) and is outfitted with high-resolution AV recording equipment with streaming capabilities. The Simulation Facility is available as a stand alone rental or can be packaged with other Usability Study Support Services such as Participant Recruitment, study moderation and observation, study model development, or with study development, execution, and reporting.

Surgical Suite


UserWise’s versatile Simulation Lab is wholly configurable to provide high-fidelity simulation of a variety of different hospital environments, from an outpatient procedure room, to an Interventional Cath Lab, to a Robotic Surgery Suite, and so much more. Our team can assist you in creating a realistic hospital setting for your study sessions to ensure your data is fully representative of real-world use.

Sterile Processing Center


Our Simulation Lab can be configured into a variety of different health care environments from Sterile Processing Centers, to Physical Therapy Offices, to Exam Rooms, and so much more. Our team has various props that can be used to help create a high-fidelity use environment for your study and make participants feel as if they are performing procedures at their own workplace.
